Biography

Holly graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Northridge in 2007, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science. She went on to earn a Master of Physical Therapy from CSUN in 2010, graduating with distinction.

For six years, Holly was a physical therapy aide in an outpatient orthopedic setting and had the opportunity to learn about women’s health through that position, which ignited her passion for both areas of physical therapy. Holly began working as an orthopedic physical therapist in 2010 and added women’s health and pelvic floor specializations in 2011. Before joining Ventura Orthopedics in 2018, she worked in inpatient acute care for seven years.

Holly believes in empowering patients through education, exercise and collaboration along with seeing every patient as a unique individual who deserves unique treatment. She also implements manual therapy techniques which is a re-training on how to use the body effectively and efficiently.

In her free time, Holly enjoys hiking, yoga, biking and reading. Her greatest enjoyment though comes from spending time with family. Holly grew up in Camarillo and returned in 2018 for the wonderful family friendly community.
