Kailey Kerstein, PT, DPT
Kailey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge and returned to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to her DPT, she worked as an aide/volunteer in many physical therapy settings, such as outpatient care and Kaiser Permanente.
For her internships, Kailey was placed in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics as well as an inpatient setting at Long Beach Memorial. Prior to joining Ventura Orthopedics in 2021, Kailey worked at a private physical therapy office for about a year with a focus on both orthopedic and vestibular diagnoses.
To provide the best care, Kailey believes in treating the patient as a whole and not just their diagnosis. As such, she provides tools like education and training to help her patients return to their previous levels of functionality, pain-free, while improving their health and well-being.
In her free time, Kailey enjoys hiking, running, kayaking, snowboarding, puzzling, and sampling new items at Trader Joe’s.
