Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and went on to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with distinction from Northern Arizona University.

While in undergrad, Sarah worked as a physical therapy volunteer and subsequently an aide for three years, spending one summer at Ventura Orthopedics in Simi Valley. After completing her doctorate, she worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting in Denver as a physical therapist and clinic director. Throughout her time in Denver, Sarah completed multiple courses in manual therapy for the spine and craniofacial treatment from the University of St. Augustine.

A proponent of whole-body health and wellness, her treatment approach involves empowering patients through education in conjunction with manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise. She believes in helping individuals learn the proper tools to take ownership of their rehabilitation process, regain optimal function, and reach their specific goals.

Sarah loves to cook and bake for anyone who is willing to be the recipient, and jumps at the chance to be outdoors whether it is hiking, backpacking, camping, snowboarding, or exploring a new town stateside or abroad. She loves listening to all types of music, especially country and rock. Originally from Pleasanton, California, Sarah lives in Ventura and enjoys walking on the beach with her yellow lab, Maddie.
