Heather Quaal, PT

Biography

Heather received her education and physical therapy degree from Long Beach State University. Her focus has been in outpatient orthopedics with a specialty in pelvic floor rehab. She has completed a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification program. She participated in education focused on perimenopause and menopause transitions, along with different pelvic pain conditions. Heather feels strongly about empowering her patients in their recovery and working as a team to reach their rehab goals.

Heather grew up in the foothills of Yosemite. She has lived in Ventura since 1999. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis and exploring all beautiful and varied outdoor activities in Ventura County.
