Jessica earned her bachelor’s degrees in physiology and chemistry from the University of Arizona before completing her master’s degree in physical therapy at California State University, Northridge, in 2009. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with more than 16 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, and Pilates-based physical therapy. Jessica joined Ventura Orthopedics in 2011 and currently holds certification in ASTYM.

Passionate about helping others, Jessica utilizes movement-based interventions to help patients return to the activities they love. She emphasizes whole-person health rather than focusing solely on the injury. Jessica resides in Ventura County with her husband, four children, and their dog, Ruby. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors with her family, going to the beach, and attending her children’s sporting events. She is also an avid fan of college basketball and football.
