Laurel earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from University of California, Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in physical therapy from California State University, Northridge. She is board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has completed a six-month course in functional lower extremity biometrics, including gait, running and cycling analysis.

Joining Ventura Orthopedics in 2010, Laurel believes in equipping her patients with tools and knowledge to correct faulty movement patterns which increases their activity and improves health and wellbeing. Having grown up in Mammoth, Calif., Laurel loves skiing, snowboarding and hiking along with surfing and mountain biking since moving to the coast. She lives in Ventura with her husband, small daughter, dog, cat and three chickens.
