Medication Screening - $75

A medication screening visit is an appointment focused on reviewing all of your current medications, including prescriptions, over‑the‑counter drugs, and supplements. During the visit, your provider checks for potential side effects, drug interactions, and dosing issues to ensure your medication plan is safe, appropriate, and aligned with your treatment goals.

X-Ray Per Body Part - $60

X-ray imaging of a single body part to help your provider diagnose injuries, assess healing, or monitor ongoing orthopedic conditions.

MRI w/o Contrast - $425

Visit for an MRI scan without contrast dye to capture detailed images of bones, joints, and soft tissues, helping your provider diagnose or monitor orthopedic conditions.

MRI w/ Arthrogram - $675

A specialized joint MRI exam performed after contrast dye is injected directly into the joint to better visualize cartilage, labrum, ligaments, and other soft tissues for subtle tears or instability.

Short Arm / Leg Cast - $250 + $50 Cast Materials

A short arm/leg cast is a hard protective covering applied below the elbow or knee to the hand or foot to keep broken bones or soft‑tissue injuries still while they heal, reduce pain, and prevent further injury. It is built with a soft cotton or synthetic padding layer next to the skin and a rigid outer shell made of fiberglass casting tape, and in some cases a waterproof liner is used under fiberglass so the cast can safely get wet.

Long Arm / Leg Cast - $300 + $50 Cast Materials

A long arm/leg cast is a hard protective covering that extends above the elbow or knee down to the hand or foot to keep broken bones or serious soft‑tissue injuries firmly immobilized while they heal, control pain, and prevent further injury. It is constructed with a soft padding layer against the skin and a rigid outer shell fiberglass to hold the entire limb segment in proper alignment.

Cold Therapy Unit - (Purchase or Rental)

$250 Purchase | $150 Rental

A cold therapy unit in orthopedics is a device that delivers continuous or intermittent cold (often with gentle compression) to an injured or postoperative area to decrease pain and swelling. It typically circulates chilled water through a pad or wrap placed over the joint or limb, causing blood vessels to constrict, which reduces inflammation, limits bruising, and provides a numbing effect that helps control pain without relying solely on medication.

Fluoro Guided Injection - $125

A fluoro‑guided injection is a low‑risk procedure that uses continuous X‑ray imaging to help the doctor accurately guide a needle into the targeted joint or spine region, allowing precise injection of medications such as local anesthetics and steroids to diagnose pain and reduce inflammation.

Cortisone / Trigger Finger - $150

A cortisone injection for trigger finger is a quick in-office treatment in which steroid medication is placed into the tendon sheath at the base of the finger to calm inflammation and stop the locking or catching. This helps the flexor tendon move more freely so the finger bends and straightens with less pain and stiffness, and in many cases it can prevent the need for surgery.

Ultrasound Injections - $130

An ultrasound-guided injection uses live imaging to show your tendons, joints, and surrounding soft tissues in real time. This allows the clinician to watch the needle on the screen and place medication, such as cortisone, with pinpoint accuracy right where it is needed, often improving comfort and treatment results.

Durolane - $690

A Durolane injection is a single gel-like hyaluronic acid shot given directly into an arthritic joint, most commonly the knee, to improve lubrication, cushion the joint, and reduce pain so movement feels smoother and more comfortable. It is designed to provide long-lasting relief from osteoarthritis symptoms and may help delay or lessen the need for stronger pain medications or surgery.

Supartz - $300

Supartz injections are a series of hyaluronic acid shots given into an arthritic joint to improve lubrication, cushion the joint, and help reduce pain so everyday movement feels easier.

Zilretta - $870

Zilretta is a single, extended-release cortisone injection designed specifically for knee osteoarthritis. It delivers medication slowly over time to help reduce pain and stiffness, so you can stay active with longer-lasting relief from just one shot.

Single Kit or Double Kit - $750-$1000

In PRP treatment, “single” and “double” describe how much PRP the kit is designed to make.

  • A single PRP kit processes one batch of blood to create enough platelet-rich plasma for a single joint or small treatment area.
  • A double PRP kit processes more blood or runs an extra concentration step, giving you more PRP or a higher concentration for treating multiple areas in one visit.
