Raised in Laguna Niguel, CA, he earned a degree in Bioengineering from UCLA and his medical degree from UC Irvine, where he joined the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies. Dr. Sharareh completed his orthopedic residency at Baylor College of Medicine and a fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at the University of Washington. He performs various procedures, including shoulder and elbow arthroplasties and reconstructions. Dr. Sharareh is the editor-in-chief of Orthobullets and enjoys basketball, golf, tennis, skiing, and family time.

Kentaro P. Suzuki, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon serving patients in Ventura, specializing in sports medicine. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and earned his medical degree from UC San Diego, where he received the leadership award. After completing his orthopedic residency at UCSD, Dr. Suzuki pursued a sports medicine fellowship at Kaiser Permanente, San Diego. He specializes in arthroscopic surgery for knee and shoulder injuries, with an emphasis on non-operative treatments first.
