Hossein Aziz, DO, is a board-certified spine surgeon serving Ventura and Camarillo. Specializing in spinal endoscopy and minimally invasive surgery, he treats a range of conditions, including herniated discs, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, and spinal trauma. Dr. Aziz takes a patient-centered approach, creating personalized treatment plans with advanced, motion-preserving techniques to ensure safety, precision, and faster recovery. After completing his orthopedic surgery residency in Southern California, he further trained at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Joshua S. Gluck, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon serving patients in Ventura, specializing in hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder surgeries including pediatric orthopedic care. Dr. Gluck earned his medical degree with honors from Temple University and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Virginia. He then pursued an 18-month hand surgery fellowship with advanced training in New Zealand, Dallas, and New York City. His experience includes complex hand and upper extremity procedures, as well as the treatment of congenital hand abnormalities.

Jason K. Hofer, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon serving patients in Ventura, specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery. A Ventura native, Dr. Hofer graduated cum laude from UC San Diego with a degree in chemistry and earned his medical degree with honors from USC. He completed his orthopedic residency at UC Irvine and a fellowship in lower extremity reconstruction at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla.
Dr. Hofer specializes in innovative hip and knee replacement techniques, including anterior hip replacement, and is recognized as one of the most experienced surgeons in Ventura County. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, fishing, skiing, and spending time with his children.

F. Ray Nickel, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon serving patients in Ventura, specializing in foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, and reconstructive surgery. With decades of experience, Dr. Nickel is known for advanced arthroscopic techniques and comprehensive care for sports injuries and joint reconstruction.
Dr. Nickel completed his orthopedic residency at UC Irvine and a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital. Since 1985, he has been a trusted part of Ventura Orthopedics, providing expert surgical and non-surgical treatments.
He is actively involved in teaching, hospital committees, and has published research on arthroscopic surgery and sports injuries. Dr. Nickel is also the sports medicine physician for Ventura College athletics and has volunteered internationally to provide orthopedic care.
Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, skiing, fishing, and backpacking. He lives in Ventura with his family.

Behnam (Ben) Sharareh, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow conditions serving patients in Oxnard, Ventura and Camarillo. Raised in Laguna Niguel, CA, he earned a degree in Bioengineering from UCLA and his medical degree from UC Irvine, where he joined the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies. Dr. Sharareh completed his orthopedic residency at Baylor College of Medicine and a fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at the University of Washington. He performs various procedures, including shoulder and elbow arthroplasties and reconstructions. Dr. Sharareh is the editor-in-chief of Orthobullets and enjoys basketball, golf, tennis, skiing, and family time.

Kentaro P. Suzuki, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon serving patients in Ventura, specializing in sports medicine. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and earned his medical degree from UC San Diego, where he received the leadership award. After completing his orthopedic residency at UCSD, Dr. Suzuki pursued a sports medicine fellowship at Kaiser Permanente, San Diego. He specializes in arthroscopic surgery for knee and shoulder injuries, with an emphasis on non-operative treatments first. Dr. Suzuki joined Ventura Orthopedics in 2014 and serves as the team physician for Buena High School. He enjoys staying active, traveling, and exploring Ventura with his wife and dog.
