Alma Legaspi, OTR/L
Biography
Alma was born in Arlington, Virginia, and moved to California with her family as a toddler. She later attended the University of Southern California, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.
With over 20 years of experience as a practicing occupational therapist, Alma specializes in hand therapy. Her passion for therapy was sparked when her grandfather suffered a stroke, leaving him unable to care for himself.
Through his rehabilitation, Alma saw firsthand how occupational therapists help patients regain their independence and function despite disabilities. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in occupational therapy, with the goal of helping others recover from their injuries.
In her free time, Alma enjoys spending time with her husband and attending USC football games, concerts, and events with family and friends.
