Holly Moody, PT, MPT, PRPC
Biography
Since 2011, Holly has been dedicated to her work as a pelvic floor physical therapist and earned her Pelvic Rehab Practitioner certification in 2014. She specializes in treating a wide range of conditions, including incontinence, sexual dysfunction, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, digestive issues, post-surgical scar tissue, and hormone-related pelvic dysfunction. Holly is particularly passionate about supporting women through their prenatal and postpartum journeys and is certified in both prenatal and post-partum care.
In addition to working with women, Holly also helps men improve their quality of life by addressing bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction. Many of her male clients seek treatment following prostate, rectal, or colon cancer treatments, hernia repairs, hip replacements, back surgery, digestive tract surgery, or due to autoimmune conditions affecting the pelvic floor.
In 2020, Holly expanded her expertise by earning a certification in pediatric pelvic floor therapy, focusing on incontinence, constipation, and pain. She is passionate about helping children feel empowered and confident as they overcome pelvic floor challenges.
A lover of yoga, Pilates, weightlifting, running, and outdoor activities, Holly integrates these practices into her physical therapy approach to provide personalized care tailored to each client’s needs. She also has extensive experience in orthopedics, specializing in the evaluation and rehabilitation of various injuries and post-surgery recovery.
As a proud mom, Holly draws inspiration from her own motherhood experience, advocating for a mother’s right to feel physically strong and healthy, which she brings into her physical therapy practice.
