Biography

After growing up in the small town of Lititz, Pennsylvania, I chose to attend Duquesne University in Pittsburgh (Go Steelers!) and graduated in 2022 with a double major: a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duquesne in 2024 and obtained my Astym® therapy certification to incorporate advanced manual therapy techniques into treatment.

While at Duquesne, I spent much of my time in the water as a member of the Women’s Division I Swimming and Diving Team for five years. The demanding balance of student-athlete life taught me valuable skills such as perseverance, leadership, and a deep passion for promoting mental health awareness.

I believe that both mental and physical health are equally important for overall well-being. As a physical therapist, my goal is to help patients return to the activities they love by providing education, personalized treatment programs, and enhancing mobility.
