Stephanie Mooney, PT, DPT (Manager)

Biography

Stephanie received a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, specializing in movement science, from the University of Michigan and a doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Southern California. A Graston Technique® provider, she has worked in outpatient orthopedics since 2007, treating all ages and diagnoses. Stephanie joined Ventura Orthopedics in 2017 and is the manager of the Westlake/Oak Park location.

While at the University of Michigan, Stephanie was a member and captain of the women’s water polo team. Her interest in physical therapy developed while spending time in the training room rehabbing a shoulder injury sustained from years of swimming and water polo. Because of her experience with injuries, Stephanie enjoys helping patients return to their activities by reducing pain and improving function. In her free time, Stephanie loves spending time with her family.
