Biography

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and went on to earn a Doctor of Physical Therapy from West Coast University. During her clinical rotations, she gained a great deal of experience in orthopedic and vestibular cases, as well as certain neurological conditions. Stephanie also has experience working with competitive and  professional soccer, football, baseball and tennis athletes. Initially, she developed her passion for orthopedics and sports while working as a physical therapy aide in an outpatient orthopedic clinic for two years in Arizona.

Stephanie is a strong believer in movement as the best medicine! She finds value in building a strong patient-provider relationship and focusing on movement, as well as education, in order to improve function. Stephanie strives to break down the cause at hand but focusing on smaller parts initially and then carrying it over to the bigger picture.

Born and raised in Quebec, Canada, Stephanie currently resides in Oxnard. She became a duel citizen in 2017 and speaks fluent French. A former club soccer coach, Stephanie loves being active outdoors hiking, running and playing socce. She also enjoys a day at the beach and playing with dogs.
